Sono Dermabrasion
Sono dermabrasion is another alternative to Microdermabrasion without destroying the skin’s stratum corneum.
The structure of the stratum Corneum layer looks simple, but this layer is responsible for maintaining the integrity and hydration of the skin - a very important function; protecting the body from the environment, particularly the sun - preventing excessive water loss from the body - protecting the body from infection.
There are actually complex processes that are at work in the stratum corneum and minimal disruptions of any of these processes can cause a variety of skin problems.
With Sono dermabrasion the stratum Corneum is maintained, the excessive dry skin sebum and other debris is being removed just like in any water pressure washing method.
The ultrasonic waves of 3 MHZ are deep and cleanse the skin without harming it.
